What is the zika virus?

Zika virus is a virus spread by mosquitoes. it is mostly caused by the bite of Aedes aegypti mosquito. the same mosquito also spread dengue and chikungunya virus.

This virus has been declared a serious virus in the world. which is spreading in many countries of the world. this virus has conveyed over 1.5 million people. now in India too is spreading its legs.

How does it spread

Aedes Aegypti mosquito that spreads yellow fever, dengue, and chikungunya while the Zika virus also spread. if a mosquito bites an infected person is at risk of spreading infection. apart from this, a person is also at risk of sexual infection. the infection spreads only two or seven days after the mosquito bite.

Where was first seen?

The presence of this virus was visible in 1952-53. it was first found in Bandaro in Uganda in 1947. Then in 1952, it was also identified in humans in Uganda and in Tanzania.

How to avoid this virus

No specific medication has been found to treat the Zika virus. No vaccines or injection. Do not eat the meat of infected animals. Wear a mask to look for Infection diseases. so that you too can avoid infection.

Treatment

No specific drugs have been found to treat the Zika virus. Neither any hinges or injections. Efforts are on to develop a vaccine for this, although no such vaccine exists yet.
